Sensatia Botanicals was founded in 1999
in the small, wild fishing village of Jasri, karangasem, on the island of Bali. From
our humble beginnings we started this company as a profit-sharing co-operative
& are proud to continue in this manner, promoting equality amongst workers & administrators. In 1999 we started with
just 2 employees & myself. After just 4
months we were honored to employ 6
more Balinese people. After just 18
months we were ecstatic to involve &
empower 23 Balinese people developing
& producing Sensatia products.

Additionally, a plethora of others whom are continually supported by Sensatia Botanicals. Coconut harvesters, loofah sponge growers, seaweed & sea salt harvesters, herbal lulur makers, fruit & vegetable farmers, etc., probably 100 or more people have direct association & make a healthy living working together with Sensatia Botanicals. This makes us happy! We have succeeded in developing & supporting a local economic structure in a paradise that is in need of aid.

From the very beginning we have been dedicated to producing 100% natural products; incorporating a very holistic, organic approach, with a strong love & connection with the land; "Old Bali" style.

Our product development goal has been to always use fresh, 100% natural, basic ingredients you know and understand, ingredients that you might find in your mothers kitchen. With this in mind, you will find all of our raw materials to be fresh, wholesome, gentle, and good for you. Moreover, I would like to extend an open invitation to anyone, anytime, to feel free to send me an e-mail, regarding any of our natural ingredients or processes that you may not understand or may not be familiar with. We have never had anything to hide & never will. Sensatia is the real deal & we are quietly, very proud of that! ...Nothing can change that.

In the future, our plans of expanding are
very exciting. But, rest assured, we will

to always tread lightly. Our products are
